Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refuse delivery or contact us for assistance. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

• Damaged or wrong items: Eligible for replacement or refund upon verification.
• Opened consumables: Not eligible unless proven defective on arrival.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner. You will receive tracking details via email/whats app once your order is shipped.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days in most serviceable pin codes.
• Free shipping may apply during promotions; otherwise charges will be shown at checkout.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or force majeure are beyond our control.
